En el momento de entrega de los alimentos empacados se realizará un acta en donde el hotel no se hace responsable de la manipulación externa que se realice fuera de las instalaciones.
Para reservar requerimos de una confirmación por escrito y un anticipo del 50 % del valor total del evento y el restante el día del evento y antes de iniciarlo, cualquier cambio debe ser realizado con tres días de anticipación al día del evento.

CONDITIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Hotel San Martín is not responsible for the personal belongings of those attending the event.
• The control of attendees to the event is the exclusive responsibility of the contractor of the event.
• To make the reservation, it is necessary to make a written confirmation of the event and an advance of 50% of the total value of the event. The remaining 50% must be canceled days before the event. The advance payment is necessary to separate the date of the event. In case of cancellation or change of date will have a penalty of the following percentages on the value of the advance:
• 10% up to 3 months before the date
• 20% up to 2 months before the date
• 35% 1 month before the date
• 75% 15 days before the date
• 100% during the last 15 days
• All changes and requirements regarding food and beverages, must be made at least 72 hours before the event in writing with your request.
• All food that is supplied inside the premises must be exclusively from the hotel.
• In the event that attendees request food and beverages at the time of the event that were not stipulated in the contract, the contractor must approve in writing the supply of the same and pay them at the end of the event.
• The decoration will be in charge of the customer, the hotel offers its linen and tableware at no cost.
• Food that is not consumed during the event and is requested to be packed, will be packed in adequate containers according to sanitation, hygiene and good food handling practices, which will cost $ 1,000 per unit.
At the moment of delivery of the packaged food will be made a record where the hotel is not responsible for the external handling that takes place outside the premises.
